Universal Duplicate ID Remover

Works on any file or pasted text, in any format — finds repeated id values, AND any duplicate GUID wherever it appears (even in different styles or fields — same value, different formatting, still caught). First occurrence is kept, the rest are blanked automatically. Footnote & footnoteref IDs are always left alone.
