Refund Policy
When and how refunds apply to Deecliq's services.

1. Scope of This Policy
This policy covers refunds for paid, custom work commissioned through Deecliq — such as web development, data services, automation, and web scraping projects. It does not apply to our free tools or premium tools, which are not sold individually and carry no separate charge.
2. Free & Premium Tools
All tools listed on our Tools page are provided free of charge, with or without a login. Since no payment is collected for tool access itself, no refund is applicable to tool usage.
3. Custom Services
For commissioned services (web development, data processing, automation scripts, web scraping, etc.), payment terms, deliverables, and timelines are agreed with each client individually before work begins. Refund eligibility for such engagements is as follows:
- Before work has started: if a project is cancelled before any work has begun, the full amount paid is refundable.
- Work in progress: if a project is cancelled after work has started but before delivery, a refund will be issued for the unworked portion only, based on the agreed scope and milestones.
- After delivery: once final deliverables have been handed over and accepted, the engagement is considered complete and is non-refundable, except where the delivered work materially fails to meet the agreed specification — in which case we will first attempt to fix the issue, and a partial or full refund will only be considered if a fix isn't possible.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g. domain names, paid APIs, licenses) once purchased.
- Work explicitly marked as a one-time, non-refundable engagement at the time of agreement.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at info@deecliq.com or through our Contact page, including your project details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within one business day.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, back to the original payment method used.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
