1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Deecliq's website, free tools, premium tools, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Deecliq provides a collection of browser-based productivity tools (some free and open to all visitors, others premium and available only to registered, logged-in users), along with custom web development, data processing, automation, and web scraping services.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• New accounts may require admin approval before gaining access to premium tools.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the tools or services for any unlawful purpose, or to process content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's normal operation (e.g. excessive automated requests, attempts to bypass rate limits).
• Use our web scraping or automation tools in a way that violates the terms of service of any third-party website you target.
• Upload or process malicious files, malware, or content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

5. Premium Tools & Services

Access to premium tools is granted at our discretion to approved, registered users. Custom services (web development, data processing, scraping, automation) are scoped and agreed upon separately with each client before work begins, and are governed additionally by the specific terms agreed at that time (including pricing, timelines, and deliverables).

6. Intellectual Property

The Deecliq name, logo, website design, and the tools themselves are the property of Deecliq and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission. You retain full ownership of any files, data, or content you upload to or process through our tools.

7. Service Availability & Disclaimer

Deecliq is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from downtime, bugs, or data loss, though we take reasonable steps to prevent these.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deecliq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Haryana, India.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, make up the entire agreement between you and Deecliq regarding your use of the platform, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes. Continuing to use Deecliq after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
